status: ssh ledger — the thread-model canary rounds (2026-08-30) (#1499)

The why-entry for the day's dev-mesh access: repeated pinned deploys of
test-thread-pane.fi.dev.11ch.at while the reply/thread model was reworked
and reviewed, so each round could be checked on a live target.
