🤖 Messages appear the instant you send them. Your message now shows in the conversation immediately, without waiting for the server to acknowledge it — and it's replaced silently by the delivered copy once it lands, so nothing flickers. If a send is taking a while (a flaky connection), the message dims and shows a subtle "Sending…" so you know it's still on its way. The whiteboard gets the same treatment: a stroke stays put the moment you lift the pen, instead of flashing away and back.
