🤖 Admins get the last rungs of the moderation ladder: "Remove & ban" keeps a removed member out — their key can't rejoin through any invite — and every report in the inbox now shows who invited the person, so a bad invite chain is visible. Quiet spam brakes are on for everyone: far above any human pace, a flood of messages, new chats, or invites simply stops landing (admins are exempt, and day-one members can't mass-DM). The "Members can invite people" switch remains the panic lever during a spam wave — flipping it is now recorded in the audit log.
