ios: add lol/strong/facepalm/shrug to Swift EMOJI map (#1197)

The Swift shortcode→emoji map had drifted from web/static/emoji.js,
missing lol (😂), strong (💪), facepalm (🤦), shrug (🤷). The drift-gate
test (ComposerTypeaheadTests.testEmojiMapMatchesEmojiJS) compares both
maps in both directions and was failing. Transcribe the four missing
entries verbatim from emoji.js (web is canonical) into the hands & people
section so the maps match.
