web: fix reactions never sending — myName() is not in scope (#519)

The encrypted-reactions bridge (a18577a) built the reaction payload with
name: myName(), but myName only exists as a property on the setup bridge
object, not as a function in shell.js module scope. Every reaction tap threw
ReferenceError before ws.send, so nothing went on the wire — and since the
throw was outside the try and toggleReaction's .then has no .catch, the
failure was silent apart from an unhandled-rejection line.

Stamp the sender as session.name, exactly like every other outbound payload
in shell.js.
