bot: drop a stray gendered pronoun — Eleven is not gendered (CLAUDE.md) (#524)

One comment in botcmd.go still said "she's the builder"; recast per the
Eleven-is-not-gendered rule. Repo-wide sweep found no other tracked instance
(test personas like Alice/Ann are humans and keep theirs).
