ios: untrack per-user Xcode state committed by mistake (#601)

`ios/LChatCore/.swiftpm/xcode/xcuserdata/…/xcschememanagement.plist` is
per-user Xcode state (scheme ordering/visibility) that was swept into the
repo by an over-broad `git add -A` in #595. #599 added `.swiftpm/` to
.gitignore, so the file is now tracked *and* ignored — the worst case:
every developer's Xcode rewrites it, producing perpetual dirty working
trees and spurious diffs, and blocking clean `git pull`s.

`git rm --cached` untracks it (kept on disk); the existing .gitignore
keeps it out from here on. No code change.
