eleven / messenger Public

server: unnamed spaces present as "Eleven", never "lchat" (#1351)

lchat is the binary/implementation name, not a public one. The compiled-in
default group name leaked it onto the PWA install icon, page titles, and the
admin console for any space not yet named.
