mac: release uploads a stable-named Eleven.dmg alongside the versioned DMG (#1102)
Gives the website a permanent one-click download URL (releases/latest/download/Eleven.dmg — Mac releases hold the latest pointer) instead of pinning a version that goes stale; the site's buttons were still handing out 0.5.0. Kept out of APPCAST_DIR so generate_appcast never sees a duplicate archive.
