status: roadmap says AI-generated, not "curated by hand" (#1205)
The footer's "curated by hand" contradicted the 🤖 marker beside it — the
roadmap is AI-generated. Fixed the footer, the lede ("Hand-kept"), and the
top comment to say so, matching the site's transparency ethos (the 🤖
markers, the prompt ledger, the carbon tally all foreground AI authorship).
