ios: Embed-eleven-CLI phase sets GOTOOLCHAIN=auto — survives machines pinned to an older Go (#644)
go.mod requires Go 1.25 since the litestream bump (#630); a machine with an older Go and GOTOOLCHAIN=local (Paul's: Homebrew 1.23.3) fails the Mac build's script phase. auto lets Go fetch the required toolchain itself, so builds work on any machine without per-shell env or global go env changes.
