home: stern screen tells owners that deleting access strands their quota slot (#707)

Found live: spaces created via the fader but never set up carry no
credentials in their vault entry, so the sole-admin hold fails open and
'Delete your access' quietly orphans the space — running forever, holding
a creation-quota slot nobody can free (content even protects it from the
reaper). The stern screen's owner copy now says so and steers owners to
'destroy for everyone', which frees the slot.
