server: status-publish curl needs --globoff — Stripe's created[gte] brackets are curl globs (#692)

Found live on first real publish: the subscriptions call (no brackets)
succeeded while balance_transactions failed with curl's glob error, and
books degraded to unavailable. The box runs the patched copy.
