mac: ⌘[ / ⌘] step through the chat list (#462)
Menu items (Previous/Next Chat) drive a signed tick on MacAppState; the active NativeChatView steps its selection through visibleThreads with wrap-around — so the shortcuts respect the current search/filter view.
