[correctness] apps/rust/static/app.js:32: Every action response replaces the entire list, discarding edits started while the request was pending. With a delayed response, toggle one todo, then edit another: when the toggle response arrives, the edit disappears without saving. Preserve the active edit and its draft across updates.
[spec] apps/rust/Makefile:33: clean-deps removes Cargo’s target directory but leaves Zig’s compiled libraries in its shared cache. build-arm64 uses cargo zigbuild without configuring an app-local Zig cache, so subsequent cold builds can reuse compiled dependencies. Put Zig’s compiled cache under this app’s .cache/ and remove it in clean-deps.
