The AWS SDK clients in internal/awsinv, internal/alerting (SNS), internal/host (CloudWatch memwatch), internal/edge (Route53 DNS) and internal/steering (Route53) are now held as method values bound to the calls each package already made, instead of as whole clients, so the linker stops keeping every exported SDK method (the linux/arm64 binary is 45.7 MB, was 77.7 MB). Envelope-only: no root-read unit changed or was added, nothing runs as root that did not before, and no registry, /data, release or claim read was added, so the legacy seal stands.
