- **Joining mode (§5).** Can a joining box ever admit, serve or be referenced? Does the confirm, invite, guard-ready, enrol, hosting sequence satisfy `internal/hostactors` (enroll, invitation, membership, references) and `internal/host/claimproduction.go` exactly?

- **Pending create kept outside the claim (§7).** Does it keep H4 without any claim change? Are there races between the console's placement pass and the create door?

- **The NLB sequence (§9):** zone B only, then `SetSubnets` adding zone A with the existing EIP, then the rollback that removes the mapping.
