Rev 2 answers your round 1 (CODEX-FINDINGS-REGION-HA-SPEC2-1.md). §14 maps each finding.

Judge:

1. Is each round-1 finding closed? Give a disposition table first.
2. The new mechanisms, in particular: - Joining mode (§5). Can a joining box ever admit, serve or be referenced? Does the confirm, invite, guard-ready, enrol, hosting sequence satisfy internal/hostactors (enroll, invitation, membership, references) and internal/host/claimproduction.go exactly? - Pending create kept outside the claim (§7). Does it keep H4 without any claim change? Are there races between the console's placement pass and the create door? - The NLB sequence (§9): zone B only, then SetSubnets adding zone A with the existing EIP, then the rollback that removes the mapping. - The health answer's five conditions (§6).
3. Anything new. Report only new items after the table.

Give findings P1/P2/P3 with file:line and a failure scenario. End with a verdict.
