A11-1 is closed at design level. No new P1/P2/P3 findings.

§7:307–310 now requires a persistent group role, inherited in the enrolment write, with existing members updated atomically. This fits the existing Region group identity and roster conditional-write boundary: a concurrent enrolment either precedes rollback and is included, or loses the write race and must retry. §11 covers replacement both during and after rollback.
