New finding — P2: Task 5, Step 4 loses valid file origins when admission history is trimmed.
filesPin, lines 6578–6589 derives allowed origins exclusively from the current generation and retained admissions. However, AdmitWriter trims covered, loss-free admissions beyond eight.
At g10, retained admissions can be g3…g10, whose predecessors reach only g2. An unchanged file can still reference files/g1/objects/...: copied manifests preserve that reference, and publishing unchanged content preserves it too.
The pinner accepts the current manifest, but CopyPinnedManifest, line 6660 rejects its g1 entry with ErrOrigin. Relocation cannot finish despite the file remaining intact and protected under claim §6.2a’s independent files live set.
Fix: preserve authorized file origins independently of bounded admission history. Keep incarnation and region validation. Add a test that performs real admission/publication trimming beyond eight generations while retaining an unchanged g1 file, then successfully pins and copies that manifest.
I accept rulings 1–24. No new Stage B contract defects found.
All 12 embedded patches pass git apply --check; all 40 complete Go blocks parse with gofmt. Compilation and tests were not reproduced in this read-only session.
