stopevidence: Reconstruct uses main's FDHolders (dedupe after merging 8e9ac1b8)
Main's FDHolders now compares device and inode and fails closed with ErrIncomplete, which is what Task 3's fdHoldersByIdentity did. The two collided on fileID after the merge (e8964096). Ruling P2-T3-dup: step 3 of Reconstruct calls scanFDs (FDHolders with the pass's context), the helper and its file go, and its regression tests stay, pointed at FDHolders and fdHolders: hard link, symlinked database path, holder in another mount namespace, deleted-and-replaced database, unrelated file, fault injection (refused stat and readlink, no inode, database stat refused), non-path descriptors, invalid input. One case differs: a descriptor whose stat says ENOENT while its /proc entry remains. The old helper re-checked the entry with lstat and reported ErrIncomplete; main reads ENOENT as a closed descriptor. On a real /proc the stat follows the kernel's magic link to the open file and cannot answer ENOENT for a live descriptor, so this only shows in a fake proc tree. TestFDHoldersStatGoneWhileTheEntryRemains and TestReconstructUnidentifiedDescriptorIsNotAPass keep the stricter assertion and skip, loudly, while main behaves this way.
