auth e2e test: the logged-in accounts create child reaches no store
TestAccountsCreateUsesTheLoggedInIdentity takes the console path, so its child env now comes from carlosTestEnv with CARLOS_DEPLOYMENT_BUCKET, CARLOS_DEPLOYMENT_DIR and AWS_PROFILE blanked: no inherited deployment store can be reached. Verified with CARLOS_DEPLOYMENT_BUCKET= nonexistent-bucket-xyz exported.
