copy gate: movesfiles.go is in the moves scan (Task 6 fix round 1)

The probe's establishment reads the op journal through internal/moves,
which brings internal/host/movesfiles.go into the moves series' copy
scan (TestMovesScanFilesCoverTheDiff). It emits no operator-visible
sentence.
