test: the store usage assertion never learned about `scan`
CI has been red on both scan branches since df947ec, and the local "five root-package tests fail for an environmental reason" note is exactly what hid it: the sixth failure in that package looked like more of the same and was never read. It is not environmental. `carlos store` grew a `scan` sub-verb and its usage line grew with it; the test still asserted the four-verb string. The assertion was right to exist — it is the one place that notices the usage block and the dispatch table drifting apart — it just needed the verb that was added. The second assertion in the same test DOES fail environmentally, on this machine only, because the checkout sits under /home/paulca and `pick()` finds a real ~/.carlos/config. CI passes it. That is the distinction the note should have drawn and did not.
