gofmt: blank line before the stamped-units banner in agent_test.go (#188)

`make` has been failing its gofmt gate since a5c6cc3 (2026-08-11): the
"stamped units for the metrics sweep" comment banner ran straight on from
`writerFunc.Write` with no blank line between them, and gofmt wants one.

Whitespace only — no test behaviour changes. The repo's CI gate runs the
test suite on Linux and only cross-compiles for darwin, so a red gofmt on
main is not otherwise visible until someone runs `make` locally.
