console: fix round 2 — the gates map's stable entry still said "bake window"

internal/console/ladder.go:123 renders on every app's Ladder page and
was missed by the original sweep and fix round 1 because it's a data
map, not template/handler copy. Changes only the ending of that one
string; the rest of the gates map is a later task's.
