offline-move: the land tests are linux-only, like the seal world they build on
movesoffline_land_test.go builds on T4's sealWorld (movesoffline_seal_test.go,
//go:build linux) but carried no build tag, so `go vet` and `go test` of
internal/host failed to compile on darwin and windows ("undefined:
sealWorld"). The cross gate builds without tests, so CI did not see it.
Found by the two-box witness (Task 8). Witness: GOOS=darwin and
GOOS=windows `go vet ./internal/host` fail before this line and pass after.
