fix: complete the ISC license text in console's vendored icons
The reproduced Lucide ISC text was missing the license's final liability-disclaimer sentence. Caught by the rastrillo icon-vendoring task reviewer, who flagged the same truncation carried over into rastrillo's plan (mirrored from this file) — fixing both per Paul's call to complete the text in both places.
