Gap found operating the economics feature (operate-via-API rule, 2026-08-12): installing the "actual-prices" scenario on both deployments required direct bucket writes of economics/scenarios/<name>.json + economics/active.json — the only product surface for scenario save/activate is the console form door (POST /fleet/economics/scenarios), which needs a browser session. A carlos economics scenario verb family (save from a JSON file, activate by name, list) against a bearer+IsOperator API door would close it; pairs with #176 (read-side summary verb).
