Spec follow-up from docs/superpowers/specs/2026-08-11-unit-economics-design.md (out-of-scope v1, filed per the CLI no-infra rule): a read verb showing the operator the economics summary — period totals, per-account cost/revenue under the active scenario, coverage — so the dashboard's answers are reachable from a terminal without a browser session. The console API side needs a read door (bearer + IsOperator, ghost-404 like POST /api/economics/bill).
