The regions build-out gave the operator plumbing hostnames us|uk|au.oncarlos.com explicit A records (pinfra PR #15). Nothing stops a tenant claiming an app hostname that collides with a present or future region label under a wildcard apex domain. Reserve a small label set (region codes, www, console-ish names) in the console's hostname validation, with room for the deployment to extend it.
