v0.5.0 ships .deb assets (amd64/arm64) on the release — install is sudo apt install ./carlos_<v>_<arch>.deb, upgrade is manual. The follow-up: a signed apt repo (Packages/Release + GPG, aptly or reprepro) so Debian boxes get apt upgrade semantics, served as a CARLOS static app (apt.carlosframework.com) — the release pipeline would ship the repo tree like any site. Needs: signing key custody decision (SSM, like the release key), and the repo-tree build step in the release script (PR #34's script is the natural home).
