internal/rollout/holdran_test.go:796: TestAMoveOntoTheInstalledGoodBuildWaitsForASignedRollback/worker times out after 5 s ("timed out waiting for the move onto v1").

• Failed main's CI gate on 26fbd042 (the s3-polling-336 squash). That tree is byte-identical to the branch tip 8b204a21, whose CI passed.
• Reproduces locally on 5f341f33 (main before that merge): go test ./internal/rollout/ -run TestAMoveOntoTheInstalledGoodBuildWaitsForASignedRollback -count=20 fails once in 20; the whole package passes 3/3 at -count=3.
• internal/rollout was last changed on 2026-10-17 (26065378); the flake likely comes from load or the recent test parallelism, not a code change.

Likely fix: the 5 s wait in the worker subtest is tight under load; wait on the event rather than a fixed deadline, or widen it. Not fixed here.
