carlos instances list --health shows Asleep while the instance is serving open

A minor finding from the dev wake check on 2026-10-13. carlos instances list --app wakecheck --health asleep, against the dev console and with the v0.26.1 CLI, reported the instance as Asleep the whole time, including while it was awake and serving: the lease was held in lock.json and the platform log showed "instance woke". The health column doesn't seem to reflect wake state on dev. It may come from something dev doesn't publish (no PLATFORMAPPSDOMAIN, two home boxes); that needs checking. The dev wake check recipe uses carlos logs instead until this is fixed. Unclaimed.
