Flaky on main: TestSystemDoorsRefuseAPreLayoutMoveWhileABoxIsNested depends on the real public release feed closed

internal/console/layoutguard_test.go:119 expects rollback to return v0.19.0. But newConsoleFixture leaves SystemFeed empty, so systemFeed() falls back to the real vendor feed. When the test's asynchronous update to v0.26.0 succeeds against the live feed before the final rollback, the previous release becomes v0.25.0, and the test fails with rollback with every row flat = 200 map[channel:canary version:v0.25.0].

It was reproduced deterministically with a signed local feed overlay; the claim Plan 14 report has the details. No production code is involved. The test (and probably the fixture) must never reach the public feed: give newConsoleFixture a signed local feed by default, or make an empty SystemFeed mean "no feed" in tests.

Found while building claim Plan 14 Part 1. Not fixed there, because the test belongs to the layout guard work.

Fixed by 9aaeace2 ("console test: the layout guard's at-floor update asks for a version the vendor feed can never publish"), which is in v0.26.1.
