Fixed on main (d6f66ef3): the test now runs at a 3s TTL, so marginForTTL's ttl/10 margin is 300ms rather than 90ms. It checks the same property, that loss is signalled before expiry and no peer takes the live lock. 10/10 local runs pass, and CI is green.

TestBlockedRenewalDeadlinePrecedesTakeover (internal/lease/checkpoint_test.go:356) failed main CI at abcc732d (claim Plan 9, which does not touch internal/lease): 'loss notification consumed termination margin'. The test requires h.Lost() to fire within ttl/10 = 90ms of SafeUntil, which a loaded runner can miss. It passes 30/30 locally on the same tree. Suggest widening the margin, or measuring against the lease's own clock instead of wall time, so CI load can't fail it.
