Adds an unmounted factory that captures explicit AWS namespace configuration once, owns an operation-less private adapter, and pairs its copied facts with explicit authority/lineage assertions in a private console helper. Existing store constructors, console/member/CLI callers and the pricing export remain byte-identical. No schema, real credentials, public operations, raw-client getter, production consumer or billing activation.

The closed profile includes 8 partitions/46 concrete regions, empty root prefix, explicit path/virtual addressing, owned SDK options and transport, complete redirect refusal, resolver postconditions, and a fixed refusing credential provider. An independent SDK audit disproved the original nil-credentials premise; actual Opus accepted the minimal refusal correction. The intercepted anonymous-dispatch failure remains preserved. Local request tests are not provider proof.

One unbounded redirect mutant timeout is retained separately, excluded from the five assertion kills. Required actual Opus code/composition reviews and new exact-tip full validation/CI remain pending. Integration review211 remains verified at a7ce3b52.

Validation follows Paul's explicit host exception: SAME exact commit passing canonical single-process Amadan CI plus independently audited complete local disk-backed FULL coverage in partitions, with build/vet/gofmt and three cross builds. Original monolithic failures remain FAILED; no timeout/gate/durability change or crash/powerloss claim.

Before any operation or remote wiring, credential-source/principal/refresh binding, provider capability/freshness, immutable scope pin/enrolment and restore/lost-OFF continuity need concrete accepted contracts and scoped provider approval. Commercial exhaustion/storage/USD-GBP decisions remain unanswered. LIVE OFF, e4ea experimental, sidecar rollout held. No main merge or deployment.
