Edge pending page: show a loading state while it retries Feature Request open
The edge's "This address is still being set up" page (internal/edge/pending.go) retries on its own, but nothing on the page moves, so it reads as stuck rather than working.
Seen on carloku.com while a freshly created instance (rutline-home.beq.oncarlos.com) came up: a heading and one line of text on a blank page for about a minute.
Ask: a visible loading state on that page — e.g. a spinner or progress indicator beside the heading, animated with CSS only (the page has to work without JS), with reduced-motion respected. It could also show that a retry is in progress ("Checking again…"), since the page already knows its retry interval.
Requested from the Rutline app (amadan.net/paulca/rutline). App code can't work around this — the page is served by the edge before any app process answers.
