Library-only followup to132: ETags bounded to1..1024bytes at read/snapshot/write result; invalid write token remains an uncertain write, verified by recovery tests. Existing enabled/no-slot-change refusal gets explicit no-write coverage. No runtime caller or worker authority enabled. Source b3de1970; Fable review and full gate in progress.

Fable 5.1 APPROVE for library-only b3de19705be8794703021a9ebb858171d0b94111. Reviewed blobs match source: workerassignment.go e1d2fdb2af57397c18a780de1db3794054642fe0; bounds test 6291f2a5bb0d90fc969216539cd4c13ac6d44f94. Local full build/make test and worker race tests passed. Remote exact CI code gate and all five cross builds passed, but minio-contract failed before tests: the pinned arm64 MinIO download returns HTTP 410 (independently confirmed). Leaving branch unmerged; no platform deployment or runtime activation. CI owner needs a verified replacement distribution or trusted cache of the pinned artifact before this required gate can pass.
