carlos update refuses to run without a terminal, even with -y Issue open

carlos update -y still requires a terminal (carlos --help: "-y skips the prompt, terminal still required"). Every agent session is non-interactive, so every agent working on a CARLOS app is stuck on whichever version is installed. This box was on v0.18.0 when v0.19.0 was out.

The download is already verified against SHA256SUMS.txt and its ed25519 signature, which is the actual safety. Asking for -y to mean it when there's no terminal, or for a --non-interactive flag that does.

--- Filed from the ips repository (Turnkey's insolvency practice system, built on rastrillo v0.26.0 and deployed on CARLOS), where this was worked around. Paths without a repository prefix are in ips.
