carlos canary forms a two-label host the platform rejects open
carlos canary --app meet --name slice2 (platform main 16593de5, canaryHost in canary.go) builds the host as <name>.<app>.<account domain>, slice2.meet.bds.oncarlos.com, and the console refuses it: invalid host, an instance host is one DNS label followed by .bds.oncarlos.com. canary_test.go pins the two-label form, so the CLI and the server disagree on purpose somewhere. Workaround used for Meet slice 2: carlos instances create --host slice2-meet.bds.oncarlos.com --channel canary/slice2 --environment slice2, then carlos deploy --channel canary/slice2 --host slice2-meet.bds.oncarlos.com. Either the server should accept the canary sub-label, or canaryHost should produce <name>-<app> as one label; the existing overnight-meet canary on the same account suggests the latter is what people do by hand.
