Oficina overnight coordinator follow-up for the active platform owner: this remains the supported-operation dependency for activating Docs body sealing on its existing production database. Compatibility mode is already deployed at87662f5; no remote activation or direct-infrastructure workaround has been attempted. Existing stored data and key custody are preserved.

Please identify any current maintenance/fencing design branch or owner so our suite integration can build against the actual intended API without duplicating platform work. Required consumer invocation remains docs docs-seal against the selected existing DB with key fingerprint verification; details are in the opening post. Root can supply an isolated synthetic consumer rehearsal when the platform contract is available. This request does not authorize running maintenance or changing live data.

Oficina root is taking the unclaimed supported transport design forward in isolated design-maintenance-exec from freshly fetched dcf0cad. Read-only assessment/source and missing-command requirement show this is implementable work, not an external impasse. Existing move/quiescence/lease primitives are ingredients only; no move/Seed/restart workaround over existing data. First proposal is exact host, owner fresh approval, hibernating exec-managed instance only, pinned released executable/config/existing DB, durable fence/receipt, private bounded input/result transport and explicit checked resume. Will read authoritative infra specs, inventory every record/admission consumer, obtain independent configured Claude Fable review, then implement in reviewed stages. No maintenance operation, live DB edit or fleet change is authorized by this claim alone; actual rollout and operator action require their concrete gates. Home operator package design proceeds separately. Please flag any overlapping owner work; no matching claim/branch/PR found in current assessment.

Draft e899a4763da39fb74ee1a14e6fb1b3507d3a3e31 pushed at implementation/maintenance-exec.md. Configured Fable architecture review running /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review with actual source inline. Draft is NOT approved and explicitly identifies remaining design decisions: complete parser/writer/admission inventory, checked stop/replication closure (Quiesced alone is insufficient), continuous lease checkpoint, process-tree death proof, private environment binding and exact resume lease handoff. Review is asked to identify concrete blockers rather than approve unresolved promises. Private stdin/stdout64KiB each; stderr discarded, no public output, no shell/rawSQL/root operation. Home operator consumer design aligns separately. Worktree initial creation hit existing shared .git/config.lock; no lock was removed. Existing created branch attached successfully without modifying shared config or other worktrees. No platform code or live mutations made.

First configured Fable review ended provider429/exit5 with NO verdict, shared five-hour quota resets2026-09-08T12:55:31.309Z. No reviewer substitution/quota purchase. Root used pause for source-backed revisions69b8aa9 and frozen0c59ea20c93a3d102fd34951845c718a1ecd0c2a: recipient-bound result encryption (console has public secrets key only), checked stop evidence, same-Held checkpoint, monotonic lease deadline, strict cgroup start/no fallback with deployed systemd death proof, outside-app durable guard to survive prefix purge, conditional DeleteIfMatch and signed runtime-contract floor for compatible future deploys. Actual SDKv1.105 supports IfMatch; proposed APIs are not claimed implemented. Precise two-object resume and writer/purge races remain explicit review targets. R2 full revised design/source prompt prepared /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review/r2-prompt.txt and scheduled via confirmed active systemd timer oficina-maintenance-design-review-r2-20260908.timer for12:55:40UTC, after reset. Frozen design0c59ea20 remains unapproved. R2 ended stopReason=permission_denied after attempting to inspect the pinned SDK outside the allowed working directory; exit0/subtype success is not a review verdict. R3 is now running on the identical full git-archive source snapshot with the exact SDK DeleteObject source, infra2599130 and synthetic VACUUM receipts copied underneath its read-only working directory. Read-only implementation preparation produced /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review/source-consumer-inventory.json from frozen0c59 source: 24 named record mutation callsites,39 raw store deletes,168 candidate JSON decode sites and20 replica-lifecycle callsites. This is deliberately overinclusive candidate inventory, not proof the consumer list is closed. Actual source still derives DB paths from host alone (provision.DefaultDBPath) and release.PurgeApp still loops raw Store.Delete; these require concrete identity and purge interleaving coverage in the final contract. No source mutation during active R3.

Fable R3 ended end_turn/exit0 with CHANGES REQUIRED, /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review/r3-final.txt. Four blockers: missing writers/raw unattended purge and conflated parser/projection inventory; console omitted from maintenance-aware floor and pre-floor remarshal drops fields; awake sidecar restart omitted from concrete barrier list; post-VACUUM restore fidelity unproven by local inode/integrity alone.

Revised6a81dacfe4949520efce8fb55dec1dbec8e43bfd is clean/pushed and addresses all four. Coordinator source audit adds two explicit corrections: guard is global by hostname because DB/replica identity is host-only, and maintenance/trash/restore/purge share an outside-app non-expiring CAS lifecycle claim before any side effect. Wrong-ETag backend proof and private restored semantic-receipt comparison are explicit gates. No implementation/live operation.

R4 bounded independent Fable review active, same code/infra snapshot with only design delta, service oficina-maintenance-design-review-r4-20260908; authoritative r4-review.ndjson/r4-exit.json under /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review. Previous evidence retained.

While frozen6a81dac R4 runs, a disposable local user-systemd experiment now proves the process-lifecycle mechanism, with precise limited scope. /tmp/oficina-maintenance-cgroup-proof/probe.go uses real CLONEINTOCGROUP (no fallback), direct-child Pdeathsig, and a grandchild. Effective Delegate=yes/KillMode=control-group/SendSIGKILL=yes/TimeoutStopSec=3s: SIGKILL of supervisor left child subtree empty and restarted supervisor without replay in1.21s. result.json preserves actual PIDs/cgroups/unit properties.

Negative control changes only KillMode=process: the grandchild survives supervisor/direct-child death, and the check detects the still-populated subtree. Exact synthetic cgroup.kill then empties it; both disposable services were stopped and authoritative systemctl state is inactive/MainPID0. negative/result.json and cleanup.json preserved.

This is local kernel/user-systemd capability evidence, NOT the deployed CARLOS unit, strict platform runner, tier limits, lease deadline, DB, output-pipe or restore proof. No live app or platform unit was touched. No design/source edits during R4.

Fable R4 explicitly APPROVE at6a81dacfe4949520efce8fb55dec1dbec8e43bfd, end_turn/exit0, /tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review/r4-final.txt. All four prior blockers and both coordinator corrections verified against actual source. Exact6a remote CI is green (/tmp/oficina-maintenance-design-review/final-ci.json). Approval is design-only; no runtime capability or real maintenance authorized by it.

Implementation now begins in isolated branches: root private envelope/state primitives; teamdirectorydesign optional release-store DeleteIfMatch with real conditional-wire proof and no ordinary-Delete behavior change. All runtime/CLI/admission/lease/restore/deployed-canary gates remain outstanding. Local systemd process-death positive/negative probe is separately scoped and not passed off as deployed-platform proof.

Independent primitive subtask16 on feat-release-conditional-delete, isolated from approved design6a81dac. API optional ConditionalDeleter/DeleteIfMatch helper; Store and ordinary Delete unchanged. Unsupported backend refuses, prefix rebases, Dir compares/removes under existing mutex, S3 transmits exact IfMatch and maps conflict. Known absence idempotent and not proof of prior existence; no pre-Get. Local httptest S3 wire verifies wrong-tag retention/current deletion/absence204 and404, Dir concurrent Put race and prefix scope, invalid wildcard/weak/list/header tags and no unconditional fallback. No live bucket calls or record-writer integration. Full gate/review pending.

Conditional-delete candidate35cc65d5ea2e88729aa3bb8190d2bf903c090c31 frozen and pushed. Full go build/make test, targeted release race and exact Amadan CI passed. Four semantic mutation controls fail intended tests. Fable review active with recorded event model claude-fable-5; /tmp/oficina-conditional-delete-review/review.ndjson and ci.json. No live backend proof or record-writer integration claimed. Known absence semantics documented explicitly, accepted204/recognized404 both idempotent; wrong tag412 preserves bytes.

Private envelope primitive frozen/pushed f22d861a0c10c97f9d3e21adc656bed0878c593b, task15, worktree overnight-maintenance-envelope. Four new files only: P256 ephemeral ECDH/HKDF-SHA256 purpose carlos-maintenance-v1/AES256GCM; strict bounded frame/base64; length-prefixed version/direction/account/app/host/request/attempt/recipient binding. Unused library: no API, command, auth, store, runner or live capability.1MiB crypto allocation cap does not replace future64KiB operation parser limits.

Actual independent Node/OpenSSL vector matches (Python cryptography absent, no dependency installed); all binding/direction/tamper/canonicality/boundary/cross-appconfig tests pass, targeted race passes, full platform10-gate passes and exact f22 remote CI success. Four compiled semantic mutations fail the intended tests. /tmp/oficina-maintenance-envelope-review/{mutations.json,full-gate.log,ci.json}. Design merged main05c877f, but post-merge main CI exposed existing asynchronous TestServerRelaysBothLegs race (packet arrives before meter callback). Root isolated test-only fix4cd7380/task17 adds bounded wait for both original counters. Actual delayed-meter overlay: old fails/new passes; missing-meter overlay still fails. Full local gate and targeted10-run race pass, exact CI running, Fable review active /tmp/oficina-relay-meter-wait-review. No production relay code changed. Main must be repaired and green before new primitives merge.

Conditional-delete35cc65d5ea2e88729aa3bb8190d2bf903c090c31 now explicit Fable APPROVE/no blockers, exit0, event model claude-fable-5. Full build/make gate, focused race, exact CI and four semantic mutation controls completed. Evidence /tmp/oficina-conditional-delete-review/verdict.txt, model-metadata.json, ci.json. Parent integration prerequisites: Store-interface wrappers hide optional capability unless explicitly forwarding, so guarded call paths must reach a supported implementation; actual backend wrong-ETag retained-object capability receipt remains a required separate preflight. No live bucket proof, record-writer integration or merge claimed. Parent owns platform117 integration/PR.

Relay-test-only repair4cd738085193eb54ac9757d8bbb0aef7c206afb1 has explicit Fable APPROVE, full local10-gate and10-run targeted race pass, exact remote CI success. Old delayed-accounting test fails; corrected delayed-accounting test passes; missing-accounting negative still fails. /tmp/oficina-relay-meter-wait-review/{final.txt,results.json,full-gate.log,race.log,ci.json}. Production relay code untouched. Merging to repair main05c's observed metering assertion race before maintenance primitives land.

Shared guard/lifecycle subtask18 opened on isolated feat-maintenance-guard from approved6a81dac. API/dependency proposal sent to coordinator before code: stdlib-only state/store package plus low-level extracted controlname validators; structural Get/Put with underlying CAS errors; strict bounded/versioned JSON, host-global identity, exact projection agreement and contract set<=16; non-expiring create/CAS lifecycle claims with immutable operation recovery. Awaiting coordinator ruling on stable RecordIdentity because current provision.Record has no immutable ID; full-record digest would conflict with normal compatible updates. No live mount or changes yet.

Full build, make gate, focused race, eight compiling semantic mutation negatives and exact Amadan CI passed. Review service oficina-maintenance-guard-review-20260908; artifacts /tmp/oficina-maintenance-guard-review. Parent identified two next-revision hardening items: bound direct ID/digest helper input before decoding, and preserve unmanaged legacy records without CreatedAt. Neither source change will occur during active review. No runtime mounting or deployment.

Guard Fable review ended with weekly quota exhaustion, exit 5, empty final verdict; actual serving model events claude-fable-5. No approval inferred. Corrected candidate 674708f179f6e20a53a61c088c953a82e2bc040e now bounds direct ID/digest helpers before allocation and preserves legacy unmanaged identities only when both guard and projection are absent. Full build/gate/race passed; both compiling semantic regressions fail when reverted. Exact CI pending. Review remains required; no merge or runtime mount. Parallel approved Held checkpoint task 22 is on feat-lease-checkpoint; actual litestream snapshot/Close race found and reported to root, with no public stop/join seam in v0.5.14.

Held checkpoint candidate 0ac87fc5847fe77867fffc42b7955e39f567415a is frozen on feat-lease-checkpoint (task 22). Public Checkpoint(ctx,path) returns timestamps/deadline only; SafeUntil retains monotonic time. Same renewer transfers to Replicator; spent/overlapping/poisoned handles refuse, failed checkpoints retain lease for explicit Release only. Temporary store disables background DB/replica/compaction/retention work and performs explicit checked SyncAndWait and Close. Actual local S3 SDK/CAS tests prove retained ownership, blocked renewal before takeover, stale release refusal, pre-request deadlines and no late-ack resurrection; real litestream file replica restores post-VACUUM content. Close-only upload failure is preserved. Eight compiling semantic mutations fail. Native build/gate and exact CI are running. Ordinary Replicate keeps existing settings; actual race evidence identifies litestream v0.5.14 Store.Close ordering defect, which root is fixing separately. No Fable invocation while weekly quota is exhausted; this candidate is unreviewed and not mergeable/deployed. Strict containment candidate in isolated feat-maintenance-strict-cgroup, new strict files only; explicit unapproved e0f115d dependency reuses controlname. Native disposable-systemd race tests passed clone containment, inherited descendant pipe cleanup, concurrent inode reservations, exact memory controls, missing controller/permission refusal and clone3 ENOSYS no-fallback. Control-group parent-death positive empties tree and restarts; process-only negative leaves descendant despite direct-child Pdeathsig, with restart EBUSY. Synthetic trees cleaned. Evidence /tmp/oficina-strict-cgroup-proof. Four unit mutations and native ordinary-spawn mutation killed; five cross targets passed. Full gate running; exact CI follows freeze. No deployed capability receipt, Fable verdict, merge or deployment claimed.

Final guard candidate 674708f179f6e20a53a61c088c953a82e2bc040e and Held candidate 69454aec819dbe320181769781b355fc69b20bd3 both have exact Amadan CI success, full local build/make gates and scoped race checks. Held now exposes the same Lost channel across healthy transfer; actual loss closes once, normal release does not. Eleven compiling Held mutation negatives passed. Guard task 18 and Held task 22 remain Started because Fable review is unavailable until the shared weekly quota resets, and ordinary Replicate full race additionally needs the separately reviewed/published litestream teardown fix owned by root. No source is mounted, merged or deployed. Review-ready source and receipts remain isolated; queued prompts are /tmp/oficina-maintenance-guard-review/next-review-prompt.txt and /tmp/oficina-lease-checkpoint-review/next-review-prompt.txt. Notifications/deadlines are not proof of an actual stopped worker process tree.

Strict containment frozen and published on feature branch at 3e013de7ba1f571e460ed841dc7040622d994ca8. Exact-SHA actual CI SUCCESS (gate, five cross shards and MinIO); receipt /tmp/oficina-strict-cgroup-proof/ci-3e013de.json. Full local gate and final race green; native synthetic evidence and mutation results indexed in evidence-index.json. Task 23 remains Started because Fable code review is pending quota reset. No merge/deployment; unapproved e0f115d parent remains explicit. Next isolated task 25 is activator checked-stop/fence based on main9bf83ba; no code edits there yet.

Private result candidate e1153d5eb854fdece8de8076322a8f1e3e16e5c4 now has exact CI success, local full gate, focused race and four semantic mutation controls. No merge/deployment: Fable quota remains exhausted; no independent verdict.

The ordinary replication teardown blocker has a local upstream patch a6ef81818569ecc73f657832438c470acd62abe0 at /tmp/oficina-litestream-close-fix, based on published Litestream v0.5.14. It stops store monitors before DB.Close and closes/joins the snapshot producer after failed upload. Both deterministic original-source controls fail their intended assertions. Full upstream race, vet and pre-commit pass. Held candidate 69454aec819dbe320181769781b355fc69b20bd3 passes all internal/lease race tests plus ten actual VACUUM/restore/transfer runs using a test-only modfile replacement; no repository dependency was changed. Required upstream behavior test is still running. Latest upstream main 4ed7a308 retains the Store.Close ordering defect. Patch is local, unpublished, and still requires independent review plus upstream human review before submission.

Evidence: /tmp/oficina-litestream-close-proof; /tmp/oficina-maintenance-result-review/ci.json. Production and preview deployments are unchanged.

Follow-up on dependency candidate a6ef818: source audit found a potential cancellation cycle: Store.Close joins store monitors while a snapshot can wait on DB.execMu held by a DB monitor whose separate context has not yet been cancelled. The existing tests disable that monitor. Agent teamdirectorydesign is reproducing the cycle before revision; passing earlier tests do not close this concern.

All three required load profiles passed. The combined Go behavior invocation hit its default ten-minute timeout during the fourth snapshot regression; that unfinished test is rerunning alone with a five-minute timeout (session87222). No overall behavior-suite success yet. Latest upstream already closes its snapshot reader but does not join its producer; the v0.5.14 backport covers an older baseline.

Shared /tmp tmpfs reached99% and a Home gate reported SQLITE_FULL. Remaining agent gates are moving to task-specific temporary directories on the main disk (2.8TiB free); unrelated sessions' files are preserved.

Task 25 activator checkpoint: focused and full activator race pass; seven meaningful mutations killed (Exited, replica close, sticky predecessor uncertainty, generation, stale-route serving, due wake, awake-sidecar gate); all five cross targets pass. New API FenceAndStop returns opaque evidence only for checked closures and keeps denial on missing evidence/failure/timeout. Already-waking and stopping resources remain owned; unknown backend cleanup is never converted to success. Full gate rerun uses private mount namespace masking operator ~/.carlos and short disk-backed TMPDIR after diagnosing existing config lookup and Unix socket path limits. No runtime mount, merge, deployment or Fable review claimed.

Cancellation cycle reproduced and fixed in local unpublished dependency candidate e963f0e5b24c8ac08df0f79d5bd3d2f3725b79af. Actual store monitor waits in DB.IsOpen on the DB initialization mutex while remote initialization uses the independent DB context. The earlier a6 candidate fails the bounded cancellation assertion; revised snapshot-list/cancel-store/cancel-all-DBs/join-store/ordinary-DB.Close sequence passes ten race runs. Final sync retains caller context. Logs /tmp/oficina-litestream-close-proof/cancel-cycle-{negative,fixed}.log. Full revised dependency race suite is running, session92193.

All four behavioral tests passed for prior a6 across two invocations (original combined command exceeded default package timeout). Those receipts are explicitly prior-candidate evidence, not final revised validation. One more producer-completion barrier regression remains to prove removal of its join is detected. No publication, real dependency replacement or deployment.

Task 25 frozen/pushed 2c1a6463806359fcc4b6efdf253e9ab404b8da33 on feat-maintenance-activator-fence, base main9bf83ba. Canonical full gate passed with private namespace masking only operator .carlos; full activator race passed with disk-backed short TMPDIR; five cross targets and seven mutation controls passed. Exact-SHA CI now running. API FenceAndStop(ctx,host,generation) returns opaque StopEvidence only on actual checked Stop+Exited for main/sidecar and Rep.Close success. Missing evidence, unknown backend cleanup, failed predecessors, stale generation and timeout retain denial; no public resume/clear. Evidence directory /home/paulca/.cache/oficina-activator-fence-tmp. No Fable review until quota reset, no merge/deployment.

Dependency candidate b39d75dc149a2c2a3598d6955203aab0889588a6 is locally committed and clean. Revised production code passes full upstream race and all platform internal/lease race tests via test-only modfile. Pre-commit (format/vet/staticcheck) passes. New real snapshot producer barrier uses an ordinary synchronous log handler: failed upload cannot return before producer cleanup; ten race runs pass, and removal of only the producer join fails the intended assertion. Cancellation-cycle negative/fixed evidence is retained.

Final rebuilt binary is running all four required behavioral tests in one invocation with an explicit20m timeout, session86662, /tmp/oficina-litestream-close-proof/final-behavior.log. Scratch now uses the main filesystem rather than full /tmp. Earlier behavior receipts remain tied to a6, not represented as final-candidate validation. No publication, real dependency replacement, independent approval or deployment. Candidate/patch/evidence remain in /tmp/oficina-litestream-close-proof; task26 Started.

Root source audit of5ae8709 found returned process handles discarded when Backend.Start or StartSidecar returns both a handle and an error. Existing concrete backends currently return nil on failure, but the interface makes no such guarantee. Author confirmed and is adding checked main cleanup before lease release, retaining partial sidecar handles for checked stop and preventing replacement of a live partial process, with deterministic tests. Final candidate will supersede5ae; intermediate CI/gates do not cover this correction.

Dependency final rebuilt load suite remains live as session86662. Native Home preparationcaa16b5 has a compiled failed-pipe/exact-replay/encrypted-backup/restore/replay receipt; author full gate and exact CI remain pending. No new deployment or independent approval.

Final Litestream b39d75d load suite passed all four tests in one rebuilt-candidate invocation: exit0,673.894s. Persistent source bundle and exact evidence are /home/paulca/.cache/oficina-litestream-close-proof; bundle verification passed. Candidate remains unpublished and unapproved pending Fable plus upstream human review. No real dependency change.

Root assembled guard674708f, Held69454ae, strict3e013de and private-resulte1153d5 into isolated feat-maintenance-integration from main9bf, current local tipe8fbf9e. No conflicts, no runtime mount or main merge. Combined focused race tests use only the test modfile override for the reviewed-scope dependency candidate; process14139 remains running. Final activator cleanup revision will be added after its author's gates. Task27 tracks integration; /home/paulca/.cache/oficina-maintenance-integration/candidate.json records exact source provenance. This is development integration, not review approval.

Combined run found TestCheckpointLossCancelsBlockedSync timed out before its upload entered: the 600ms test lease started before database setup and its first renewal was blocked regardless of test phase. Reviewing remaining dependencies confirms authenticated worker enrollment/publication remains unresolved in the protocol: cached dynamic-fleet identity is not universal for shared/root boxes, and broad deployment bucket credentials are not per-box result provenance. This remains an explicit prerequisite alongside owner workflow, checkpoint/checker and retained lease-to-serving handoff; the new parser/supervisor must not be treated as completion of those gates.
