Independent review completed with Claude Opus. Scope: three AWS starter topologies, regional IAM/storage isolation, bootstrap verification, replacement/data-loss risks, and guide boundary. The final verdict is Approve after fixes.
Resolved findings: bucket outputs wait for all security/versioning/lifecycle controls without deferring AMI data reads; EC2 termination protection and retained encrypted disks; system recovery alarms; two-region IAM isolation verified with distinct mock bucket identities; instance type availability checked against existing subnet zones; pinned/checksummed installers; SSM parameter reads denied; short-lived control objects cleaned up.
All 14 local mock test runs pass. Amadan CI is running on 3569ddb. No AWS resources have been provisioned. README prose is in human copy review and is not included in this branch.
Public console installation remains a separate product gap: https://amadan.net/carlos/platform/-/discussion/383. These templates provision hosts; they do not claim to deliver a complete deployable platform yet.

Recording the independent Opus final verdict on the exact changes now committed as 3569ddb: Approve. Storage readiness dependencies, the existing-subnet instance-type check, and the guide's regional connection/retained-volume corrections were verified. I reran all 14 mock tests; Amadan CI also passed on this tip.
This verdict covers the infrastructure code, not a successful live AWS installation. README wording remains in human review.
