bands.p3: the approved currency explanation replaces the converted-euro promise

Paul approved "Choose USD, EUR or GBP for your subscription and usage
bills." (copy-review/currency) as the replacement for the sentence that
said checkout converts and the euro price is charged; applied verbatim in
that slot, every other string untouched.
