Footer: an abuse contact for apps at oncarlos.com

The Public Suffix List entry for *.oncarlos.com (platform #217) requires
an abuse contact that anyone can find on carloku.com, so a report of
phishing or malware on a customer app has somewhere to go.
abuse@carloku.com forwards to the operator. Copy approved by Paul
2026-10-06; added to the landing page, /get-started and the docs footer.
