Pricing page: the approved grouped cards and currency controls, every amount from the platform's price book

build.mjs now renders the layout the review approved (team inclusions
under the shared Each member adds heading, Business's extras as their own
list) and the five approved currency strings as controls. Every price,
band cell, overage rate and the invoice floor comes from pricebook.json,
the platform's own export (pricebook.source.txt names the commit), in
all three currencies; the approved EUR strings are the book's EUR and
the test fails if they ever differ. The regenerated page replaces the
stale one under src/pricing. USD and GBP overage rates and floors are the
platform's draft and not yet approved commercially.
