🤖 Merge main: the email section moves with the landing page

PR #11 added "Sending email" to index.html while this branch was moving
that file under src/. Git's rename detection put the edit on the moved
file; verified byte-identical against main.

Worth noting it lands well: the final review had already corrected
members.md, which claimed "the platform does not send mail to anyone".
That is now scoped to invitations, so it does not contradict the
landing page's new section.
