Add the pricing page (draft copy under review)

/pricing/ is rendered from copy-review/pricing/strings.json by
copy-review/pricing/build.mjs, which also writes the review preview. The
page lists the four plans, the country bands, the overage rates, the
half-price code, the review promise, tax and cancellation, in the site's
existing style; Pricing joins the top navigation on both hand-written
pages and src/pricing passes through the Eleventy build. Every string is
draft copy awaiting the copy review; nothing here is approved yet.
